gah. here's my [really late] entry for
 's contest! it was inspired by my late grandfather who died of cancer and he went through chemo, but didnt make it.. i cried when i first heard this song, the words were so beautiful and true. This drawing is my depiction of them. This song is one of my favorites, it is quite simple yet very heartfelt and pure. Lyrics~ Turn away, If you could get me a drink Of water 'cause my lips are chapped and faded Call my aunt Marie Help her gather all my things And bury me in all my favorite colors, My sisters and my brothers, still, I will not kiss you, 'Cause the hardest part of this is leaving you.
